We understand that traditional massage setups do not suit everyone. We offer flexible options across all our service lines to ensure no one misses out:
• Corporate & On-Set Chair Massage: Our ergonomic massage chairs are highly adjustable. For clients who find the forward-leaning posture uncomfortable or inaccessible, we can easily adapt the treatment to a standard office chair or seated position.
• Sporting Events: We ensure our temporary treatment spaces are kept clear of trip hazards (such as cables or luggage). We are happy to assist clients who need extra time or guidance getting onto or off our ergonomic massage chair.
• Hen Pamper Parties: When visiting private homes, hotels, or rental properties, we work creatively with the space available. If stairs or layout present a barrier, we can adapt our setups to ground-floor rooms or provide seated alternatives so every guest can enjoy their pamper session.
• Alternative Communication: Our digital intake and consent forms can be filled out on mobile devices using screen readers, or our therapists can read the forms aloud and complete them on your behalf prior to treatment.
Health, Safety, and Medical Considerations
Your well-being is our priority. Under our professional insurance and training, we evaluate every client's safety before a treatment begins:
• Medical Screening: All clients must complete a brief health consultation form. Some medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries may be contraindications to massage or specific facial products.
• Safe Adjustments: Where a full treatment is not medically advisable, we will always try to offer a safe, modified alternative (such as a gentle hand, foot, or scalp massage) rather than a outright refusal of service, provided it is completely safe to do so.
